At E'Nicole's Softluxe, we want you to love your purchase. Clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Returns are issued as store credit only.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only if the item is still in stock.
- If unavailable, store credit will be provided.
